Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales on AIDEK University are final. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription plans — Basic, Pro, and Elite.

We encourage you to carefully review the features and benefits of each plan before making a purchase. Detailed plan information is available on our Pricing page and on the main website.

2. Subscription Model

  • AIDEK University operates on a monthly subscription model.
  • Your subscription is active for 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal.
  • Access to courses, community, and features is available only while your subscription is active.
  • When your subscription expires, you lose access until you renew.

3. Cancellation

  • You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time.
  • There is no automatic recurring billing — each renewal is a manual action.
  • If you do not renew, your subscription will simply expire at the end of your billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active subscription period.

4. Free Renewal via XP

Users can earn XP (experience points) through platform activity and use accumulated XP to renew their subscription for free. This is a reward mechanism, not a payment. XP has no cash value and is non-transferable.

XP required for free renewal varies by plan:

  • Basic: 5,000 XP
  • Pro: 15,000 XP
  • Elite: 30,000 XP

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is charged but the subscription is not activated due to a technical error, or if you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, please contact us immediately at contact@aidekuniversity.com with your payment ID or transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., abuse, content piracy, harassment), no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

7. Shipping & Delivery

AIDEK University is a fully digital platform. No physical products are shipped. Access to all courses, community features, and content is delivered digitally and available immediately upon successful payment and account activation.

8. Contact for Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or have concerns about your subscription, please reach out to us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
