1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIDEK University ("the Service"), operated at aidekuniversity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIDEK University is an online education platform offering courses, community features, AI-powered mentoring, and mentorship services across multiple skill niches. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with three plan tiers: Basic, Pro, and Elite.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Access to the Service requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You may renew your subscription using earned XP points or by making a payment.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice.

5. XP & Scoring System

Users earn XP (experience points) through platform activity including watching lessons, completing courses, daily logins, community participation, and more. XP can be used to renew subscriptions for free. XP has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All courses, videos, materials, and content on the platform are the intellectual property of AIDEK University.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or share any course content without written permission.
  • Screen recording, downloading (except where explicitly allowed), or redistributing content is prohibited.
  • User-generated content (posts, clips, chat messages) remains the property of the user, but you grant AIDEK University a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform.

7. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful in all community interactions.
  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying.
  • No spam, self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising.
  • No sharing of illegal, harmful, or NSFW content.
  • Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent ban at our discretion.

8. Refund & Cancellation

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our courses or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDEK University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
